Let’s start with the Danae’s 3.75” by 2” head. It’s flexible to allow you to press and bend with your body’s natural curves as you shift positions. The feel of the lilac-colored head is smooth and delightful, sculpted from Velvet-Cote and made from ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), a thermoplastic polymer found in numerous everyday items from kitchen utensils to children’s toys. The vibrator’s body is made from a more rigid version of ABS and measures 11” in length by 2”.

Turning on the Danae requires three C-size batteries which are inserted via the device by unscrewing the base. There are three speed settings, mild, medium and intense. While not as intense as other vibrators that pack more power, the Danae’s three levels of sensation work well when alternating from one to the other. Like a runner in a marathon, the Danae might not be a sprint champion but it will cross the finish line every time.

Powering down the Danae is easy and accomplished with a single push of a button.
